Subject: Bowed Headboard

Dear Teresa

Further to our phone conversation of 12-31-03, attached is a photo of the bowed headboard we discussed. It has curved about 2” away from the wall and towards the bed since it was delivered in October.

You can view the original installation and a copy of the delivery receipt at http://www.puttgarden.com/family/furniture/Page.html  I do not believe it can be repaired as the entire head board is curved like a potato chip. Please let me know when I can expect a replacement.
