Tabernaculum in the Szt László Church in Budapest
This a tabernaculum in the Szt László Church in Budapest (the door frame -made of wood- is still not ready). The old one made by Zsolnay was destroyed in the second world war by a bomb.
About the Church: I have made only the small part of the all altar. (the first photo ) I worked on it for one and half months. The Szent László is a 100 years old hugh churcs in Budapest, and is decorated with ten- thousand of Zsolnay's ceramics. The altar in the second photo is only the one of the lessers ! The whole church was ready in 2 years!! An unbelievable amount of work! There are more than 140 buildings in Budapest which are decorated with Zsolnay's ceramics.
