4-18-13 The day before the big the event
Patti stayed in Barcelona and I spent the night at Castell d'Empordą in La Bisbal. What a fantastic place. I had the single room in the top of the tower with a full 360 degree view of the countryside. I think they said it was built in the 13th century and was quite rundown before being restored into a 4 star hotel.

I drove around to locate the school that evening. When I got there the first
people I ran into were Alain Fichot and Maite Vales who seemed to be looking
for a good time. Maite later wrote "Nice
picture!!! I remember this moment.... translating English to English at the
first time.... at the end English to French more or less ok ;) ".
